your car as often as you like for just $28.00 per month for
standard vehicles and just $33.00 per month for oversized
vehicles.

Car Wash Club Account members pay just $28.00 per month and
receive as many daily washes as they wish. Or, if a member
wants any other wash service, we credit the equivalent of
a daily wash ($11.00) along with 25% off extra services to
the bill. Club Account members enjoy charge privileges for
all services at Images Car Wash. The Club Account creates
convenience with just a single statement each month, thus
payment and record keeping is simplified.

Car Wash & Detail Center Club Account Membership Agreement
1.
Images Car Wash (ICW) will grant ICW Club Account Members
a $11.00 discount on every car wash, provided that a valid
member's license plate is active in the system at the time
of the transaction. (Not to exceed 10 washes per month.)
2.
ICW additionally grants Members monthly charge account privileges
according to the terms of this agreement. Prospective Members
hereby authorize ICW to obtain a credit report from a credit-reporting
bureau prior to granting membership.
3.
Member agrees to pay a $28.00 a month membership fee, payable
in advance, for each vehicle they wish to register for participation
in ICW's credit plan. Member further agrees to pay all charges
due within ten (10) days of statement date.
4.
LATE CHARGE: Should a Member's payment not be received within
ten (10) days of statement date, a late charge equal to the
total of all discounts extended in the previous month shall
be imposed on Member's account. The late charge will be due
and payable with the following month's statement.
5.
Member may terminate this agreement by written notice delivered
to ICW at least ten (10) days before the end of the month
in which the membership is to end. ICW reserves the right
to terminate this agreement at any time.
6.
Member agrees to pay all reasonable expenses associated with
collection of past due amounts, including reasonable attorney's
fees.
7.
ICW reserves the right to amend the terms of this agreement
upon thirty (30) days written notice to Member.
